Getting started

Understanding NexCore Digital

1. What services does NexCore Digital provide?

We provide digital transformation advisory, AI and workflow automation, cloud and infrastructure services, cybersecurity readiness, PMO and project delivery, packaged technology solutions, business growth services, and professional training. An engagement can cover one capability or combine several into a coordinated programme.

2. What types of organisations do you work with?

We support SMEs, growing companies, enterprises, public-facing organisations and project teams that need practical technology, delivery or capability-building support. The scope is adjusted to the organisation's size, environment, objectives, internal resources and risk profile.

3. How do we begin an engagement?

Submit the enquiry form with your business objective, current challenge, preferred timeline and any known technical requirements. We will review the information, clarify the scope and recommend an appropriate assessment, workshop, package or custom engagement.

4. Can we start with a small assessment or workshop?

Yes. A focused discovery session, assessment or workshop is often the best first step. It helps confirm priorities, constraints, risks, expected outcomes and an achievable roadmap before a larger delivery commitment is made.

5. Do you work onsite, remotely or in a hybrid arrangement?

Engagements may be delivered onsite in Singapore, remotely, or through a hybrid model. Regional and international work can be supported through remote delivery, specialist resources and approved local partners where appropriate.

Delivery and commercial terms

Scope, timing, pricing and governance

6. How long does a typical project take?

Duration depends on complexity, integrations, stakeholder availability, procurement and the readiness of the current environment. A focused assessment may take days or weeks, while implementation programmes can run over several phases. The agreed proposal will define the expected timeline and milestones.

7. How is pricing determined?

Selected standard services, courses and product packages have published starting or fixed prices. Custom work is quoted after confirming scope, assumptions, deliverables, resource requirements, travel, third-party costs and schedule. Applicable taxes and exclusions are stated in the quotation or checkout summary.

8. Can a published package be customised?

Yes. Published packages provide a clear starting scope, but they can be expanded for additional users, locations, systems, integrations, devices, training needs or support requirements. Material changes are documented and priced before additional work begins.

9. What deliverables will we receive?

Deliverables vary by engagement and may include assessments, roadmaps, architecture recommendations, configured solutions, prototypes, project plans, governance reports, training materials, handover documentation and agreed knowledge-transfer sessions. The final list is defined in the proposal or statement of work.

10. How do you manage security, privacy and access?

Security and privacy requirements are considered during discovery and solution design. Access should follow least-privilege principles, and credentials or sensitive information should be exchanged only through agreed secure methods. Project-specific responsibilities, controls and compliance requirements are confirmed during scoping.

Training, payments and support

Preparing for delivery and what happens next

11. Can training be customised for our team?

Yes. Training can be adapted to your industry, systems, job roles, capability level and business scenarios. Options may include half-day, one-day or multi-day workshops, management briefings, practitioner sessions and follow-up coaching.

12. How do online payments work?

Eligible fixed-price services, training and product packages can be paid through secure Stripe Checkout. NexCore Digital does not store complete payment-card details. Scheduling and final scope confirmation take place after payment, and cancellations or refunds are handled according to the website terms and any agreed quotation.

13. Can you work with our existing technology and vendors?

Yes. We can assess the current environment, identify constraints and coordinate with internal teams, incumbent providers and approved third parties. Recommendations are based on business fit, interoperability, security, cost, supportability and the agreed project outcome.

14. What support is available after implementation?

Depending on the solution, post-delivery options may include warranty support, optimisation, coaching, managed coordination, periodic reviews or an ongoing support plan. Coverage, response expectations and exclusions are defined separately so both parties have a clear operating arrangement.

15. How can developers, partners or investors contact NexCore Digital?

Developers can review the Careers page and submit an application by email. Potential delivery or channel partners can use the enquiry form. Investors interested in supporting global expansion can review the Investors page and contact us at [email protected].
